Where Pretendbuild Septic Connects You With Providers

Pretendbuild Septic serves homeowners in Wilmington, DE, and across the Wilmington area. We are a referral service. We do not do the work ourselves. We connect you with independent providers in our network who work in your part of Delaware.

This region has four real seasons. Summers are humid. Nor'easters can drop heavy rain and push water into yards and basements. Winters bring freeze and thaw, which can stress buried pipes and soil around a drainfield. Many homes here are colonial or split-level, often with basements. Older neighborhoods have rowhouses and aging cast-iron or galvanized plumbing. Each of these can shape what a septic or sewer problem looks like.

Because the area is wide, providers cover different towns. Some can travel farther than others. Some are a better fit for older plumbing, and some handle septic tank pumping, drainfield repair or questions about a private water well service. Tell us where your home is, and we will point you toward a provider who works nearby.

Look through the list of locations on this page to find your town. If you do not see it, ask anyway. Provider coverage can change from one season to the next.
