Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use pretendbuild.property and the referral service offered through it by Pretendbuild Septic. By browsing the site, calling the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Pretendbuild Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, manage or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, your insurer and local health department.

What We Expect From You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use this site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To ask us to stop, email contact@pretendbuild.property at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Pretendbuild Septic or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Pretendbuild Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind.

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
